The range of Air Operated Diaphragm pumps offered by THE are designed and manufactured in the USA.

The patented lube-free, non-stalling air systems are available in a variety of materials and sizes to suit most applications. To achieve maintenance and lube-free operation, the pump is constructed of dissimilar plastic materials within the air system and the shuttle system is made of entirely lubricant-free material.

There is no air loss when the fluid discharge lines are closed as the air system seals and completely, preventing air loss when the pump is not transferring liquid.

Due to the pilot supply air maintaining a constant pressure against the air valve spool throughout the discharge stroke, stalling is prevented.

Also, the uniform product design means that, all models share the same concepts from 1/2" to 2" pumps.
