Stepper Motors - 200 full step/rev

Stepper motors are classed as brushless DC motors and provide an affordable solution for applications requiring speed control and/or positioning. The stepper motor never stalls or slips and can be used 
to accurately control positioning and speed without use of a feedback mechanism, thus reducing price.

The motors are 'Open Loop' controlled, therefore, no need for expensive feedback devices. The range of frame sizes and windings is vast so motors can be better matched to drives. The performance is good for any given frame size. Motors are cost efficient 
and CE compliant.The range of motors on offer are both single and double shafted.

The high performance option offers more power per frame, although smaller frames are available at less cost.

The stepper motor is suitable for use in process control, cash and document handling systems, blood sampling machines, printing machines, robotics and automation.
  

Stepper Motors - 500 full step/rev

A standard 2 phase drive is required and can 
provide a 1000 half steps/rev. There is no need 
for expensive micro stepping drives for 1000 half steps/rev. Positioning to 1 micron with 1mm pitch 
ball screw.

The 500 full steps/rev stepper motor is suitable for 
all applications where more accurage positioning is required, for example, lathes to make contact 
lenses, laser microscopes and high accuracy 
screen printing machines.

Servo Motors - Brushed

	Pick & Place Machines PCB Drilling Machines

These motors also offer good performance for each frame size coupled with the low cost closed loop solution. All standard frame sizes are in wide use worldwide. Replacement of brushes is no problem 
with these motors which can be provided with or without a Tacho.

The motors are suitable for rapid movement 
applications with high inertial loads, for example, pick 
and place machines and PCB drilling machines.

Servo Motors - Brushless

Stepper Motor Drives - full/half step, ministep and microstep drives are available. Servo Motor Drives - a range of ratings in kilowatts, up to a maximum of 20, mean that both analogue and digital technology can be used to provide the best solution for any application.

Controllers - either standalone, 
PC-based (single or multi-axis)
and integrated, with drive electronics.

Servo Systems - a cost efficient alternative to the motor/gearbox combination; the systems are direct-drive delivering torques 
to 500Nm.
