The GB Series gearbox has been designed to reduce the speed of the motor whilst increasing the torque and is fully compatible with the PM Series DC motor. 

The gearboxes are sealed for life  and have a die-cast housing which although strong is also lightweight, increasing efficiency and making the units corrosion resistant.  As well as their efficiency, the GB Series are characteristically quiet in comparison to many competitor units.

Due to the customised nature of their development, the gearbox is offered in a 
choice of shaft diameters with either worm or helical 
gears, in either Delrin ®, steel or phosphor bronze material.

The GB2 gearbox was initially developed for the 
ride-on buggy market although it is now in daily use Worldwide in a variety of applications. 

The GB4 is usually coupled with a PM50 motor and the GB2 with the PM63. The GB0 and GB7 are normally used with the PM44.
